Sailor x KAMAWANU Pro Gear Fountain Pen - Tsurumaru-Ume with Tenugui (Limited Edition)

The Sailor x Kamawanu Pro Gear Standard Tsurumaru-Ume Fountain Pen Set brings together Sailor’s renowned Japanese fountain pen craftsmanship with Kamawanu’s traditional hand-dyed tenugui.

Inspired by the theme of “Cherishing Everyday Life,” this limited-edition collaboration celebrates thoughtfully made objects that become richer in character through everyday use.

The Tsurumaru-Ume features a warm ivory PMMA resin body decorated with vivid red cranes and plum blossoms. Traditional Japanese symbols of longevity, peace, harmony, and renewal, the motifs create a striking contrast against the understated ivory body. The design is finished with elegant IP gold-plated trim.

Each fountain pen is accompanied by a matching Kamawanu tenugui, hand-dyed in the same heritage pattern as the pen. Together, the pen and tenugui are presented in a specially designed gift box alongside an ink cartridge, instructional booklet, tenugui usage guide, and design background notes.

The Pro Gear Standard is fitted with a large stainless steel nib finished with IP gold plating and available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium Fine, Medium, and Broad. The pen uses Sailor’s cartridge/converter filling system, with both included.

Limited to just 400 pieces worldwide, the Tsurumaru-Ume is a distinctive collectible that celebrates Japanese craftsmanship, traditional motifs, and the beauty of everyday writing.
