Collection: KWZ Ink

KWZ Ink began in 2012 as a personal project by chemist Konrad Żurawski in Poland. What started as an attempt to enhance ink saturation quickly led to experimenting with self-made iron gall inks. Over time, Konrad developed a full line of fountain pen inks known for their rich colors, excellent performance, and handmade quality.

Each KWZ ink is created from scratch using raw chemicals. The process is done largely by hand, with a focus on unique colors and custom properties rather than mass production. This hands-on approach allows KWZ to produce inks that stand out for their depth, shading, and distinctive scent—many inks have a light vanilla aroma, a signature of the brand.

The line includes both standard dye-based inks and iron gall inks, which darken over time and offer water resistance. KWZ’s iron gall inks are safer for modern fountain pens than traditional formulas and have become popular with everyday writers and ink enthusiasts alike.

While KWZ Ink remains a small operation, its dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and quality has earned a loyal following worldwide.
