Shipping & Returns

Shipping options include free in-store pickup, USPS First Class, and USPS Priority Mail. We also offer various UPS options. Free ground shipping is available on all order orders above $69. Higher priced orders can qualify for premium free shipping as shown in check-out (some rules apply and this can be downgraded on a case by case basis). Premium shipping options are available to purchase in the check-out process.

In order to use the in-store pickup option, the checkout window will still require you to enter your address and select "Ship to this address." On the next page, you'll see free in-store pickup among the other shipping methods.

Returns are handled by sending an email to cs.dromgooles@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please include the sales number and whether you would like store credit or a refund using the original payment method. Once we receive the merchandise back, the credit or refund will be issued.

Note: If you are not lucky enough to be close to our Houston location (where you can try a pen before purchase) our return policy for pens is as follows:

Pens must be returned fully cleaned and in their original box with all original paperwork and accessories included. Pens returned in any other condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Dromgoole's will pay return shipping costs related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If this is the case, we will send you a return label so that the shipment can be sent to our store. All other shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, Dromgoole's is unable to accept returns on closeouts or products that have been used, including bottled ink, ink cartridges, notebooks, or stationery.
