The material of the casing consists of high-grade resin and it takes months until it is finished, whereupon the tailor-made plating is curved and cut into a contour using a natural diamond. The characteristic double rings are then integrated into the cap and barrel with the utmost precision. The writing instrument is then polished until it reaches a brilliant luster. The fountain pen with M400 piston filling mechanism consists of a 14-carat bi-color gold nib with rhodium trim and is available with the nib sizes EF, F, M, or B. The EF nib creates an extra fine typeface and is suitable for handwritings with small swings.
