Namiki Yukari Royale Maki-e Fountain Pen - Noshi Bundle

The Namiki Yukari Royale Noshi Bundle maki-e fountain pen features the Togidashi-Taka Maki-e technique (burnished-raised maki-e). The artwork on the pen is built up from many layers of lacquer and takes month to create. 

The Namiki Yukari Royale has a traditional cigar shaped body that is enhanced with a #10 18-karat gold nib, depicting the iconic silhouette of Mount Fuji.

At the start of the 20th century, a fountain pen utilizing the Japanese traditional art of “Maki-e” was born.
