Description

We celebrate the power of art through time. The Delta Signs of Time collection of twelve fountain pens masterfully pays tribute, through design details and materials, to the most important artistic movements that have influenced global culture. This collection is a bridge between the tradition of art and a passion for elegance.

Medieval art emerged in a deep contrast’s era, where the light of spirituality illuminated a world cloaked in shadows. Laden with symbolism and mysticism, medieval works tell stories of redemption and sacrifice, exploring the tension between the earthly and the divine. Dark frescoes, stained glass windows filtering ethereal light, and gilded illuminated manuscripts, evoke a universe where art was not merely decoration, but a bridge between humanity and the unseen. Stylized figures, abstract backgrounds, and enigmatic compositions convey a deep sense of devotion and reverent awe. This fountain pen captures the dark and intense tones of the era. Its design echoes the gothic details and profound hues of cathedrals and manuscripts, paying tribute to an art form that left an indelible mark on the folds of time.

This red and green resin fountain pen is accented by black trim and a matching nib. The stainless steel #6 fountain pen nib is made by the German brand JoWo. In addition to several standard nib sizes, there is also a flex nib variant that allows you to alter the line thickness by varying the pressure applied to the nib. It fills via cartridge or converter (one is included), allowing you to use bottled ink.

Delta, the renowned Italian pen brand that has been creating stunning and distinct pens since the 1980s, has made a triumphant return after it ceased operations in the 2010s. This new Delta brand has been personally revitalized by Nino Marino, one of Delta's co-founders who also owns and manages Maiora and Nettuno pen brands. Each pen is handmade in Naples, Italy, and is individually numbered.
