Shipping & returns

Returns are handled by sending an email to dromgooles@sbcglobal.net within 60 days of placing your order. Please include the sales number and whether you would like store credit or a refund using the original payment method. Once we receive the merchandise back, the credit or refund will be issued.

Note: If you are not lucky enough to be close to our Houston location (where you can try a pen before purchase) our return policy for pens is as follows:

Pens must be returned in their original box fully cleaned and include all original paperwork and accessories. Pens returned otherwise, will charged a 25% restocking charge.

Dromgoole's will pay return shipping costs related to defective, damaged, or product shipped not matching product ordered. If this is the case, we will send you a call tag so that the shipment can be returned to our location. All other shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Unfortunately, Dromgoole's is unable to accept returns on closeouts or products that have been used, including: bottled ink, ink cartridges, notebooks, or stationery.
