The rotating stamp comes with an ink pad to be installed into the stamp before beginning to use it. Lock buttons on the side of the stamp allow you to lock the stamp into place when changing out the ink pad and when changing between designs to avoid mess.

I bought two of these stamps: “List” Stamper and the “Daily Stamper.” Dromgoole’s packaged the stamps very well and shipped them promptly. I had no problem setting up the stamps: the ink pad comes uninstalled, it’s inked, and easy to install. I suggest that when installing the ink pad, lock the stamp mechanism just below the slot for the ink pad, then slid the ink pad into the slot until it clicks in place. Once the ink pad is in place, release the stamp mechanism and the stamper is set for use. I found that light stamping produced the best and clearest result. Oh, by the way, I also bought the spare ink. I very much appreciate the excellent service and will try to visit the store the next time I am in Houston.
